Hello and welcome to my website.

Whilst many people use reflexology as a way of relaxing the mind and body and counteracting stress, at the same time many doctors, consultants and other health care professionals recognise reflexology as a well established, respected and effective therapy.

Reflexology is a natural and non-invasive treatment and when used regularly it can help to relieve stress, improve relaxation and maintain optimum health. It can help to increase energy levels, improve circulation and facilitate the elimination of toxins from the body. When the body is relaxed and in balance it can cope with the everyday stresses and strains of life much more effectively.

I am fully qualified and insured and am also a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

I also offer Indian Head massage which is wonderful for relieving muscular tension and rebalancing energy flow.

I offer treatments from my home in Surbiton, Surrey and also offer a mobile service, allowing clients the option of treatments suited to their needs in the comfort of their home or office. Hospital visits can also be arranged. I am happy to travel to Kingston, Esher, Thames Ditton, Hampton, Wimbledon and surrounds.
